Primary Responsibility
Responsibilities :
- Develop plans and budgets related work activitie HR in the company in accordance with the policies and strategies defined to ensure the achievement of the strategic objective expected
- Ensuring HR activities in the company based on the strategy that has been set by the company for implementation of the HR work effectively in support of strategic objectives of the company
Organization & People Development :
- Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
- Assists with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
Employee & Industrial Relation :
- Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations
- Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws
- Handling labor dispute between employee and company, as a liaison to the government, and as a management representative
- Company representative in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Labor Union
- Evaluates current /PKB in order to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Communicates, distributes and implement changes to all employees
Recruitment :
- Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment needs, inclusive of the of the development of a recruitment strategy that aids in filling vacancies effieciently and with the best candidate
- Develop and manage innovative sourcing and screening approaches to ensure candidates meet the required competencies; the ideal candidate will be experienced in utilizing different mediums to recruit ex: social media, industry networking, cold calling, etc
Compensation and Benefits :
- Oversee and complete salaried job evaluation
- Monitor and interpret local laws regulating compliance for company salary and pay policies
- Provide proactive policy and program administration to include identifying errors, reccomending solutions, clarifying inconsistencies, and implementing resolutions
HR Information System :
- Create, manages and maintain HRIS and other HR Systems, including account maintenance, security, optimization, updgrades, enhancement opportunities, and project related to system fuctionality and operability including interfaces and related process
- Responsible for regular monitoring of HRIS and other system data to mitigate errors and or improve capabilities
- Document internal process and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of system
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required; masters a plus. Area of study may include human resource, business, finance, or engineering with GPA min. 3.00
- 5-10 years work experience in HR function (managerial level) or appropriate combination of education and experience
- Preferably from Manufacture industry
- Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas, and implement the solution
- Computer skills with proficiency in standard Ms. Office software applications and exposure to Recruitment, C&B and HRIS systems
- Possesses an understanding of business strategies, culture and works to achieve impactful results
- Willing to relocate in Maspion 1 Sidoarjo – East Java
