Primary Responsibility
- Recruitment and Selection :
- Be actively involved in recruitment by analyzing personell needs
- Managing end to end hiring process until the incumbent in termination process such as actively sourcing and posting job vacancies online and offline, conducting psycho test, scoring, conducting interview, making test report and giving recommendation to user
- Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans
- Liaise with internal divisions to follow onboarding Standard Operational System
- Organizational and People Development :
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Training Need Analysis
- Develop training and program development
- Responsible for training registration and internal sharing session
- Assist in performance management processes
- Assist in transfer, rotation or promotion program
- Support in employee engagement programs
- Working with internal related department to execute CSR programs
- Compensation and Benefit :
- Responsible in payroll cycle every month and liaise with local finance team
- Payroll and bonus reconciliation
- Manage overtime, medical claim entry, compensation review process and pension contribution and other benefits that received by employees
- In charge in mandatory social security insurance or BPJS calculation
- Review insurance and benefit programs
- Support in employee benefit or remuneration process and its reporting
- HR Operations :
- Provide counseling and update on policies and procedures
- Highlight any employees issues in workplace
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Accurate maintainenance of employee database and records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- In charge in expatriate permits and coordinate with related parties
- Responsible for personnel administration and all reporting
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Law or related subject with GPA min. 3.00
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position at least 1 year working experience
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Experience with assessment tools
- Familiar with BPJS process and procedure
- Computer Literacy (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to deal with different types of people at various levels
- Need to be friendly, empathetic and open-minded, with high standards of personal and professional integrity, fairness and an unbiased approach.
- Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail, result oriented, well organize, honest, trustworty, high integrity person, communicative and good personality
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Willing to work extra miles, high initiative, strong ethics and reliability
- Good command in English and Bahasa
