Primary Responsibility
- Ensure parts stock is controlled and manage appropriate to the needs of the workshop
- Ensuring that parts are available for vehicle fit out in order to meet the planned programme
- Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations.
- Coordinate resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
- Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Director – Operations
- Unlock / Lockup, machinery on/off, lights on/off, of premises with assistance from staff as delegated. Includes shutting gate or chain to direct visitors to site through office. (Refer to Closing Procedure in Operations Manual)
- Keep general workshop materials stocked in conjunction with Production Manager
- Ensure workshop staff understand job specifications and timeframes for job. Support workshop staff in completion of jobs and development of skills
- Identifying and implementing areas of work that can be improved in production in conjunction with Production Manager

Qualification
- Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering major with min. GPA 3.00
- Experienced in related area min. 5 years
- Having proven experienced in Mold and Plastic Injection
- Manufacturing experience would be advantage
- Strong leadership skill with good attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentation
- Possesses and understanding of business strategies, culture and works to achieve impactful results
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya/Sidoarjo
