Primary Responsibility
Manage secretarial administrations
Arrange or noted all director’s activities and secretarial services on schedule
Making or saving tender quotation, correspondence, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail or e-mail,
Organizing computer files and job others from director.
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in English / Secretary Department with minimumGPA 3.00.
Must be Fluent in English both oral or written and Computer literate
Good in office management and attention in details.
Have good personalities, communication, and high motivation.
Honest, responsibility, and trustworthy.
Able to work effectively and under pressure.
Work location based in Margomulyo, Surabaya - Indonesia
