Primary Responsibility
• Grow our current book for business by at least 10% in Commercial and Industrial OEM markets• Support the vision of the company through development and implementation of a thorough sales and marketing plan that will drive double digit annual growth in sales• Work in conjunction with Project Management, Engineering, Plant Management, Production and Quality to ensure capacity for growth and new product development.• Supply / Lead qualifications of new opportunities• Posses excellent understanding of the (going-to-market) channels• Expand the current customer base by communicating and maintaining good relationships with and managing the expectations of these customers• Identify and secure new customers• Position value / benefits with Key Accounts decision makers• Initiate and develop successful selling strategies• Prepare quarterly and annual projections to support recommendations on market opportunities• Lead in the development of a program to evaluate and grade business opportunities / customers, both existing and future• Travel to customers and prospects facilities as needed• Travel to work trade shows• Be an exemplary sales representative for our company at all times
Qualification
Qualification
• Age maximum 45 years old• Bachelor Degree (Engineering) or equivalent• Having min 15 year experience in Steel Fabrication or EPC company with 5 year experience in managerials• Good knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO9001 quality management systems• Have a track record of developing accounts within the EPCI market place• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill• Excellent leadership and communication skill• Excellent in time management and planning skills• Fluent in English
