Primary Responsibility
Act as a thought partner to the SOE Landfill team
- Bold in identifying opportunities and inspire the team to meet the objective in the right way
- Actively advise and support in generation of negotiation strategies and tradeoffs phases of discoveries, creating wider value, and maximizing value
Act to support SOE Landfill team
- Identify supplier behavior and advise the team an honest feedback on how to respond
- Provide input to DE and DRB on communication and advocacy
- Support the development and approval for the negotiation strategy and plan
- Ensure DE 's negotiation mandates are honored and secure approval for any deviation
- Guide the team to close out all issues to the satisfaction of the company and a requirement
Act as mentor and coach to SOE Landfill team
- Play an active role in overall activities and be a mentor and coach throughout preparation during negotiation
- Ensure consistent negotiation practice and process as well as reinforce the lesson learnt

- High Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to establish strong relationship with related stakeholders
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Understand the negotiation procedure and best practices
- Have expertise in Oil & Gas Industry as well as Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
