Primary Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiry on all online channels: phone call, email, web chat, markeplace discussion and social media
- Assist customer with product selection, making order and answers basic questions
- Follow up customer before, during and after sales to provide exceptional customer services
- Speak with empathy and concern in a calm, enthusiastic, and friendly tone of voice
- Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by coordinating/escalating to other team according to defined procedures
- Answer time must be less than 5 minutes (20s for phone call)
- Log inquiries and follow ups in ticketing system
Qualification
Qualification
- High school degree or equivalence
- 6 months customer service working experience
- Like to help and assist people in resolving their issues
- Have empathy and concern toward others
- Basic computer skills and using Microsoft office applications
- Able to multitask effectively
- Average english reading and writing skill is a plus
- Familiar with inquiry, buying and selling on e-commerce sites or market place is a plus
- Knowledge in industrial products is a plus
