Primary Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiry on all online channels: phone call, email, web chat, markeplace discussion and social media
Assist customer with product selection, making order and answers basic questions
Follow up customer before, during and after sales to provide exceptional customer services
Speak with empathy and concern in a calm, enthusiastic, and friendly tone of voice
Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by coordinating/escalating to other team according to defined procedures
Answer time must be less than 5 minutes (20s for phone call)
Log inquiries and follow ups in ticketing system
Qualification
Qualification
High school degree or equivalence
6 months customer service working experience
Like to help and assist people in resolving their issues
Have empathy and concern toward others
Basic computer skills and using Microsoft office applications
Able to multitask effectively
Average english reading and writing skill is a plus
Familiar with inquiry, buying and selling on e-commerce sites or market place is a plus
Knowledge in industrial products is a plus
