Primary Responsibility
GENERAL AFFAIR:• To follows up all communication within the company and the employees (through memo's, announcement, company event, etc.)• To supervise the security daily operation• To handle the administration and operation of fix assets,scrap,rubbish disposal
LEGAL AFFAIR:• To assist with the company statutory such:• Article of Association• BOC & BOD changes• Jobs Expatriating• Company Regulation• Company Licenses & the reports• Third party relation through agreement, contract, etc.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:• Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.• Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company.• Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the company regarding employee relations.• Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
Qualification
Qualification
• S1 Law degree from a reputable university• Minimum 2 years of H.R. experience at a Multinational Company• Good command of English (both spoken and written)• Strong communication skills and good presentation• Good personality, ability to analyze data and provide recommendations• Initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty, hard working• Good knowledge of common Labor Indonesia regulations and laws• Good knowledge of Ms. Office• Willing to be interviewed in Gresik, East Java
