Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for all Human Capital administration: recruitment, payroll, BPJS, absence, documents, and compensation and benefit
- Keep all employees' data and confidential Human Capital document
- Fostering and responsible for employee discipline and crack down on any indiscipline by employee both oral and written
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint) and administration
- Good understanding about BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
- Preferably understand about Indonesia labour rules
