Primary Responsibility
- Identifying client objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies
- Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs Reporting and Analysis
- Support Sr. Analytics and Insights to developing custom marketing dashboard concepts for client reporting via 3rd-parties tools
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytical data
- Analysing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
- Delivering regular reporting and analysis documentation, and also communicate the findings to account team
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Technical Expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
