In addition to that, we extremely focus on Service works such as Stress Analysis, Installation, Construction, Troubleshooting, and Emergency Breakdown Repair.
We strive in our after sales service, providing customers in technical guidance and documentation. Our teams are highly dedicated to increase and utilize excellent service through the network of 12 Branches and Project Division, located all over the nation with self-motivated, dynamic and trained sales & engineers. More than two decades of experience through intensive development and work improvement have enabled us to optimize our services.

Primary Responsibility
Meet and/ or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets..
Develop and implement high caliber individual sales and career development plans for all team members.
Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
Having responsibility to exceed goals in all sales targets.
Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team.
Outline and deliver performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to Sales representatives.
Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback.
Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performance.
Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
Qualification
Qualification
At least 5 years experience as Sales Engineer
Bachelor Degree of Engineering
Preferably fluent in English.
Willing to be located at Cibinong, Bogor
Willing to travel to all project in Indonesia
Experience in Steel Fabrication such : Tank, Structure, etc
