Primary Responsibility
Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
Advise on the operation of industrial agreements, developing and administer policies on different employee classifications and wage structures.
Maintaining or assisting in developing good relationships between employers and employees
Conduct research relating to industrial relations, such as how changes in work practices affect productivity.
Personnel practices applied within regulations & laws related to the job functions
Qualification
Qualification
3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering.
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
Perfect English expression (oral and written)
Willing to be placed at Cibinong, Bogor
