- Plan and direct food preparation in kitchen- Supervise or schedule kitchen staff according to operational needs- Responsible for overall daily food production, kitchen operations and maintenance of kitchen equipment- Maintenance of standards of present recipes, portion control

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food and amp, Beverage Services Management or equivalent- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Required Skill(s) Chinese, western and Pastry- Preferably Supervisor, Coordinator specialized in Food, Beverage, Restaurant Service or equivalent
