Primary Responsibility
Responsible for managing and developing human resources, including the planning, implementation and monitoring human resource and the development of quality human resource.
Make a HR system effectively and efficiently for example by creating SOP, job description, training and development system, and all end-to-end HR Process
Take responsibilities in the process of hiring employees. Ranging from the search for job candidates, up to the selection interview.
Perform selection, promotion, demotion, transferring and employee deemed necessary.
Conducting couching, training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skill and knowledge of employees in the accordance with company standards.
Responsible for matters relating to employee presence and absenteeism, and company regulations.
Responsible for employment contract employee and related matter.
Building company culture and implement them.
Responsible for general affairs issues such as: maintain and manage company asset.
Responsible for good working environment and daily general affairs matters
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have knowledge of Human Resources
Has 10 years experience in Human Resources Department
Able to establish good cooperation with others
Able to work with groups
Organization, Multitasking, Team Orientation, Have good communication
Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
