Primary Responsibility
• Develop concepts to develop credit analyst quality and improvement for credit process.• Manage and Coordinates Credit Development Process Projects.• Researches and Monitors existing industry development and identifies potential new improvement for credit process.• Works with other departments to ensure quality and/or feasibility of the new/existing credit process.• Manage team, deliverables, source, budget and timeline to ensure project’s goals.

Qualification
• Age maximum 35 years old.• Minimum Bachelors degree in Any Major from a reputable university.• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Credit Review, with at least as Assistant Manager in Banking/Leasing/Financial Company.• Must have an experience as a Project Manager (Project Management Office) at least 1 end-to-end Project.• Able to operate Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.• Good presentation and communication skill.• Fluent in English both written and oral.• Ability to work collaboratively with others department and navigate complex decision making.
