Primary Responsibility
- General assistant to HQ office based in Malaysia
- Provide efficient day to day administrative and maintenance support with sense of urgency to meet commitment
- Able to manage, handling and advice matters on local statutory, authorities, taxation, immigration etc
- To manage and handling calls, correspondences, documents, travel and accommodation arrangement etc
- To maintain strict confidentially and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and client at all time

Qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a corporate environment
- Effective organizational planning and multi-tasking
- Taking the initiative, problem detection, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Good command of both written and spoken English is a MUST
- Pleasant personality and good working attitude
- Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Proactive, resourceful and able to multitask with sense of urgency
- Mature personality as well as able to work independently and as a team
- Preference will be given to those who can start immediately
