Primary Responsibility
• To implement and ensure all HR function run in accordance to company policy• Main responsibilities : • Apply all necessary policies and procedures to promote effective communication between management and staff and to encourage harmonious• Assist in communicating all personnel policies to employees• Consult employee representatives and shop stewards about joint agreements, terms and conditions of employment and other work related issues.• Attend and keep minutes of joint consultative committee meetings and ensure that any required follow-up action is taken.• Conduct to recruitment (applied psychological test)• Arrange training activity (TNA, Training plan,TEE)

• S1 – Law / Psychology• At least 3 years as HR Supervisor• Good communication skills;• Good interpersonal skills• Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)• Good in English• Team work & cooperation• Problem solver• Planning & organizing• Strategic orientation• Relationship building• Achievement oriented• Analytical & conceptual thinking
