Primary Responsibility
Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan
Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business
Work closely with the country management team to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives
Lead, coach and monitor sales team in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance
Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy and regulations

Male / Female
Maximal40 years old
Bachelor degree in Agriculture (S1) from reputable university
Preferably 5 years experience in pesticide / herbicide industry
Ability to make sales plan and strong drive on execution
Strong drives to lead, coach and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales
Willing to be assigned at one of the prescribed locations as mentioned on the advertisement within contract employment term
