Primary Responsibility
- Conduct in-person and remote usability testing, interviews, and other research methods on current and future products and translate it into wireframe and better flow.- Analyze quantitative data through Google Analytics or Mixpanel and other sources.- Study customer journey to better understand user pain points and business problems.- Communicate ideas to designer and engineer.- Research market data and A/B testing.
Qualification
Qualification
- At least Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science, Psychology, HCI, Interaction/Product Design, or Sociology.- Knowledge and experience in user research (both quantitative and qualitative) and its metodologies.- Strong empathy towards users.- Strong interpersonal and observation skills.- Excellent communication and colaboration skills.
