Primary Responsibility
- Identify growth opportunities, develop and execute plans in accordance with agreed financial and business targets
- Capable of nurturing existing key accounts and identifying new ones, potential clients/alliances, developing sales and business strategies, creating as well as personally leading sales teams to close deals to maximize revenue target and profitability
- Take a strong lead and hands-on approach in business development and sales; determine optimal utilization of staff and resources; improve the goals and accountabilities of sales team; effectively lead sales team to grow the business and reach revenue targets
- Ability to demonstrate consistent delivery of results
- Continue to engender a culture of highest professional standard and raise the level of customer service done by the existing business
- Retain existing customers and ensure protection of renewal license revenues. Ensure all projects are successfully implemented to the satisfaction of customer

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other related discipline.
- A respected senior individual with strong leadership skills, with at least 8-12 years in a leadership role, most probably from the Software or Consulting industries with demonstrable track record of success in growing revenue
- Desired background in experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Consulting, Business Intelligence and Analytics, or other infrastructure software areas
- Strong software market knowledge and experience in dealing with customers, distributors, partners
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue plans and achieving margin plans targets and in managing a direct sales organization
- Ability to lead transformation of business from product sales to solutions sales
- A positive, can-do attitude; strong drive for achievement; hands-on and results orientation
- High integrity, unquestionable business values and ethics
- Excellent communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Proven leadership and motivation skills to revitalize a winning sales & operational team
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills in a fast, ethical and result-oriented environment
