Primary Responsibility
- Develop quarterly and annual sales strategies to implement the coverage and penetration to all defined projects through Indonesia for the assigned product range development. Be responsible for the performance and development of the national project sales team to achieve both outstanding results and people development for the whole team- Provide the day-to-day management, monitoring and evaluation of project activities as in the agreed project work plan and time schedule- Elaborate the work plan for the entire project and ensure its effective execution create synergies to the work plans of HEFELE to increase the impact of the project activities- Effectively manage and develop the national project market by implementing the fair resources distribution/allocation (projects and/or territory) within the team to make sure all sales executives have the same potential to execute, develop and deliver sales results- Lead and support regional project sales teams for sales-related activities to achive the highest team results- Build strong relationships with top customers and thought leaders that can positively impact sales strategy. Design annual customer’s satisfaction survey and automated communications programs that support the needs of the sales organization and ISO requirement

- University Graduation, MBA is preferable- Minimum 10 years of experience- Maximum Age 45 Years
Other Requirement:
- Proven sales management experience in mentioned products/industries or related fields is a plus- Having good networks with the top decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors in Indonesia is preferable
