Primary Responsibility
Generate leads from various sources,such as online directories, referrals, events, etc;
Call potential customers and convert to sales;
Offer credit retail product and program to existing and prospective customers;
Manage customer’s administrative documents and coordinate with other related circles;
Communicate customer experience and feedback to Marketing team;
Maintain good relationship with existing customers.

Qualification
Education minimum Bachelors Degree, with minimum GPA 2.75;
Minimum 2 (two) year experience as telesales or customer service representative;
Computer and internet literate; Fast in typing and able to work multitasking;
Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
Ability to think out of the and box;
Proactive with good attitude and and high motivation;
Energetic, pleasant personality, knowledgeable and good problem solver;
Result and service oriented;
Good command of both spoken and written English;
