Primary Responsibility
• Identifies bussiness opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analizing sales options. (i.e. Good database, Qualified Lead Prospect, and Biding Process)• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions• Maintains relationships with client by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending profit and service improvements• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors• Preapares report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information regularly• Maintains quality service by establishing personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practice, participating in professional societies• Contributes to team effort by accomplising related results as needed• Ensure adherence to laws and policies• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

• Female max. 32 years• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent• Required language(s) Bahasa Indonesia, English• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required Skill(s) Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Prospecting skills, Good Relationship with Client, Emphasizing Excellence, Good energy, Meeting sales goals, Creative, Maturity, Have sales planning, Independence, and Good Team Player, have a motivation for sales• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
