Primary Responsibility
• Customer Service is part of Supply Chain Job Description:• To handle order processing, coordinate with customers, salesmen, planner and others involved for local and export orders• Handling order processing start from order receiving, order entry, delivery note and invoice• Supporting administration works related to customer orders and requirements• Coordinating and following up production schedule from planners to match with customer orders• Calling for customer orders and delivery plans• Acting as a key contact person for customer complaint• Others assignments and new projects related to order processing, customer requirements, customer services improvement, cost improvement, inventory management• Work with planners and related person for stock available and delivery to customer• Develop SAP Key User expertise and provide continuous systems utilization learning to the team• Coordinate the team members’ efforts in addressing supply issues to ensure customer satisfaction Leading the team to monitor a weekly Service Level performance• Review a weekly and monthly reporting on departmental performance – CS KPI
Qualification
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree Major in Business, or related field• Working Year : 3-5 years• Background in customer service, sales coordinator, sales administration, Logistic, Finance• Background in manufacturing or supply chain company would be an advantage• Experience in EDI or SAP - Sales & Distribution Module is an advantage• Good inter personal skill• Work under pressure and complexities• Capability to demonstrate strong leadership• Fluent in English
