Primary Responsibility
• Assist HR Manager in defining HR strategy and execution plan- Recruitment and Manpower Planning- People Development- Compensation Management• Implement Human Resource Information System and ensure updated HR records• Coordinate Performance Management (KPI) activities• Liaise with respective government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc)

• Age range 29-35 years old• Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university• Minimum 3 year experience in HR Management role• Knowledgeable in employment regulations and policies• Strong leadership• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills• Computer literate
