Primary Responsibility
Head of Procurement will Serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for the overall purchasing strategy and function – procurement, acquisition and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies to ensure company cost, quality and production objectives are met. Duties and Responsibilities • Lead the development of procurement strategies for effective on-time delivery, supplier quality, and inventory turns. Provide technical leadership to drive best practices in materials management. • Assist with sourcing process and provide input in supplier selection to ensure completive pricing, high on-time delivery, proper quality, etc.• Establish successful relationships with suppliers for programs that ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Conduct in-depth analysis to better understand, and react to, complex problems concerning inventory dollars, stock out situations, and lead time.• Provide oversight, guidance and training, tools, methodologies and reporting across company on Purchasing and Inventory Control and related activities.• Identify and secure internal and external resources needed to execute initiatives.• Work directly with other departments to drive the development and establishment of purchasing and inventory control standards, policies and practices.• Provide critical analysis and investigations as required by Executive Management and draft reports as required in support of warehousing, inventory control and related strategies.• Develops and improve purchasing capacity and personnel through effective hiring, training and performance evaluation. Develops staff to expand capabilities to work independently and take on new responsibilities.• Balances demand and purchasing capacity to best help the company achieve revenue targets.• Manages communication flow to ensure and maintain the accuracy of routings and bills of materials.

• 5 years of experience in establishing, managing and continually improving purchasing and inventory control.• Max 40 years old.• Applying knowledge of operations and planning to affect measurable improvement in lead time, on-time delivery and overall service to customers.• Developing and implementing continual process improvement related to purchasing efficiencies.• Organizing people and resources toward the effective and efficient pursuit of pre-determined objectives.• Contributes to the achievement of group objectives and works effectively with others in a team setting.• Ability to communicate across differences to achieve company objectives through mutual beneficial objective.• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills, with the ability to drive change.• Proven analytical thinker who consistently comes up with ideas to solve problems and generate revenue.• Ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines.• Good time management and attention to detail skills are essential.• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.• Experience with supplier continuous improvement development and implementation programs.• Strategic thinker with good business acumen, and strong planning and organizational skills.• Work location : Jl.
