Primary Responsibility
• Manages the employment and staffing functions for the facility.• Manages employee orientation, development, training and employee record keeping.• Interacts daily with employees and managers supporting employee relations.• Responsible for interpreting company policy to facilitate consistent application.• Acts as consultant and business partner to operation departments on topics relating to human resources.• Supports employee safety, wellness and related human capital initiatives.

• Bachelor degree from any major/study.• The incumbent must possess a minimum of 8 years of Organization Development experience and also knowledge of other HR functions.• Maximum 40 years old• The ideal candidate would have experience supporting a manufacturing facility.• Expert in Balance Score Card system• Good English, written and verbal• Conversant with Microsoft office• Work Location : Jalan Panjang, Kedoya - West Jakarta
