Primary Responsibility
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
Qualification
Qualification
The candidate must possess the following qualifications :
• Female, maximum age 30 years and minimum height 158 cm
• Fluent in France and English, both written and spoken
• Should have worked for at least 2 years of experience in the similar capacity
• Hold minimum a Bachelors Degree from any background, secretary graduate would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and public relation skills, excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills and Computer literate comfortable with ms word, excel, PowerPoint etc
• Ability to deal with correspondence, collating information and report writing
• Having a good attitude
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Loyal to the company is a must, not just looking for a work experience
• Full-time work system and willing to work from Monday to Saturday normal working hours
