Primary Responsibility
- Manage several buildings in a same time
- Monitoring and controlling vendor, also build a good relationship with vendor
- Manage engineering team
- Oversee day-to-day building operational process including vendors’ management
- Reviewing and analysing building legal documents on behalf of clients and other materials as part of project due diligence

- Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in any field or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil) will be useful, and you will need 5 years’ experience in Facility Management and Construction. Having experience in Project, Construction, Pre and Pasca Opening of Property will be wonderful
- A relationship builder
As well as a keen desire to success in facility management, you will have the ability to handle complex conversations with property owners, senior executives, and high-level corporate real estate decision makers
- An eye for detail
You will have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. A working knowledge of knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful
- An analytical mind
An ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables – is essential
If you have all of the above, we will expect you to also have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- A natural communicator
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and, of course, you will be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners
An understanding of facility management fundamentals is important
