Primary Responsibility
- Respond to formal RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc which entails data collection, writing responses, pricing, presentation etc – for in-country and/or sub-regional bids, act as main lead or main coordinator for sub-region for regional/global bids
- Develop presentation slides and also act as center point of coordination for major pitches
- Pricing – work with operation team to build up quotations, analyse vendor quotations and negotiate with vendors / pricing up of our team, technology costs, etc / financial modeling to work on the various pricing models (Principal vs Agent, Fixed, Warranted, Reimbursable, Cost Plus, etc)
- Work with Regional SD Team to build best practices collaterals (key statistics, graphic development, proposal baseline and presentation baseline) – share these with teams to help in BD efforts
- Work with Procurement, HR, and Operations team to develop Benchmarks for operating spend; update half yearly
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting, or Marketing
- Fluent communication in English is mandatory
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in Facility/ Property Management as Business Development Manager
- Have a good skills in Budgeting, Marketing, Business Intelligence and Development
- Have a very good skills in Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Calculation, and Salesmanship
- Good team player, Social person, and positive attitude
