Primary Responsibility
• To provide HSE advice to line managers and to develop, maintain and promote corporate policies and procedures that create a healthy and safe workplace for Jones Lang LaSalle employees (within the IFM Division) and their sub-contractors

• Maximum 35 years old• Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Environment, Health and Safety)• Good communication in English is mandatory• Demonstrated ability to transfer HSE knowledge to operational staff and managers and provide effective training, coaching and mentoring to staff• Capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters• Intermediate skills in office computing applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines• Demonstrated ability to provide effective presentations and/or reports to the executive and senior management team• Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking with strong communication, consultation and facilitation skills• Understanding of and commitment to the principles of HSE, EEO and ethical practice• Advanced understanding of National and local HSE and Workers compensation legislation• Strong working knowledge of Indonesia Standards related to HSE• Experienced inWorkers Compensation and Return to Work Coordination• Able to create HIRAC report• Placement in Jakarta
