Primary Responsibility
• You’ll response to Building Maintenance issues for branches all over Indonesia, as directed by our Facility Manager including but not limited to supervising repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture and fittings. You’ll also involve in general tidiness and cleanliness• Your role includes supporting our Facility Manager in managing all aspects of the building facilities as well as liaising with Building Manager of the facility and other relevant contractors. Ensuring the best use of floor plans usage and preparing up-to-date occupancy accurately• You’ll pro-actively identify and implement more efficient and cost/effective process in a creative way

• A Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) of Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering will be useful. And you’ll need between two and three years’ experience in building/facility management. Would be good if you have an experience to maintain office branches• You’ll have an intention to persuade, convince, influence, or impress others, in order to make the team to support you. You’ll have the skill of negotiation strategic or well presentation• You’ll be able to identify problems by breaking it apart into smaller pieces, then putting the pieces together. Seeing the larger picture in order to anticipate potential problems, reactions, and consequence in order to resolve problems and make a decision• You’re driven to reduce uncertainty in your surrounding environment. You’ll have the ability to work based on procedure, concern with clarity, detail, and fully manage the implementation of the project within the confirmed timeline and do monitoring and checking in order to maintain accuracy and quality
