Primary Responsibility
• Doing the process of procurement (goods/services) needed by other units• Analyze the scope of other unit’s procurement, to meet the procurement needs• Negotiate with external parties (vendors and consultants)• Monitoring the process of procurement payment• Developing good relationships with internal and external parties (consultants and vendors)• Analyze the implementation of General Affair System• Improve the implementation of Asset Management Function• Implementation of ISO 27001 : 2013• Strengthening strategic position of general affair unit as a procurement partner, particularly in the area of IT and Business Development

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Economics or equivalent• Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale: 4.00)• Age maximum 28 years old• Good written and spoken in English• Full-time position Technical skills
• Excellent computer skill (Ms. Office)• Having experience in general affair area (asset management, IT, purchasing, administration) is an advantages• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent Personal skills
• Be able to work in a team environment• Excellent communication skill• Good conceptual, analytical and systematical skills• Fast learner and willing to work hard• Multitasking• Good interpersonal skill
