Primary Responsibility
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for Branch to ensure attainment of company sales goals, profitability, and target achievement.
- Control and manage Branch operating budgets.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customer.
- Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Execute priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the sales, operation, and service team.
- Maintain contact with all customer in the branch market area.
- Monitor the activities of order processing.
- Provides training and support material for member of the sales team.
- Supervise the branch sales team's daily performance or target and follow up new or used sales achievements and taking part of casual transactions.
- Monitoring the activities of the branch sales team to develop new market area.
- Evaluate and decision making of all branch activities.
- Ensure sales team to use CRM for the their activities report.
- Responsible for branch employee development, discipline, and motivation.
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SAP, Selling skills, Presentation skills, Strong Leadership, Problem Solving
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent
- Working Location : Surabaya, Coverage area : East Java & Bali
