Primary Responsibility
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service through maintenance/troubleshoot of high quality and integrity at work environment• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and service product training to customers• Execute priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the sales, TSS, service and other related departments• Monitoring, advice and control the service activities of all field service engineers (Installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair & troubleshooting)• Analyze problems happen and advice corrective action• Develop a development plan and operational strategy for field Service activitiesDevelop knowledge and skill of field service team, give proactive feedback• Provide trainings and supportive material for internal and external training activities

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent• Required language: English• At least 5 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required Technical Competencies : Pump, Valve, Rotating Equipment• Required Managerial and General Competencies : Strong Leadership, Mature, Assertive, Good Negotiation Skill, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Service Oriented, Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent• Willing to travel to all around indonesia and overseas
