• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, preferable from reputable university• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent• Familiar in IT hardware, software, computer, Network /LAN , Troubleshooting and Wireless• Capable in handling operation system desktop, Microsoft office• Troubleshooting skill : Windows 7, Office 2010, Lotus Notes, SAP, Basic Networking Skill• Strong communication ability in English and Bahasa Indonesia• Capable to lead Helpdesk Team
