Primary Responsibility
• Implement and deliver support of SAP for customer• Responsibilities include performing current state analysis, testing, defining support procedures and implementation• Diagnostics of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels• Delivered SAP training to end user and Develops documentation• Two ways communication to other IT Team• Refer to the company rules and procedures• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients

• Bachelor Degree• Understand Business Process SAP and integration between SAP Modules• Hands on experience in SAP configuration and completed at least 3 full project cycle• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure• Good interpersonal skills• Confident and excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English• Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization• Must be an effective problem solver
