Primary Responsibility
• Being able to communicate with patients• Collecting payments from patients by cash, credit card, or cashless medical services• Submitting all data into the system• Prepare voids and adjustment forms as necessary• Ensure that all payments and clinic system are updated on daily basis in the computer• Handling complaints• Create a comfortable environment for patient in the clinic

• Diploma/ University graduate from any background; minimal 2 years experience in cashier back ground is preferable • Computer literate minimum Ms. Office• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia language• Willing to work on shift• Have integrity, honest and able to work under pressure• Have good interpersonal skill, and Customer Service oriented• Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative• Respect confidentially of company, medical and personal documentation• Attention to detail, accurate
