Primary Responsibility
- Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required;- arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts;- using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;- photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;- liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;- ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;

- Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretary- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position- Good looking- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required- Good interpersonal skill
