Primary Responsibility
- To design and coordinate the Yearly Activity Plan, Defining priorities and timing of activities in terms of brand communication, POP, trade event, training and visual merchandising.
- To manage A&P budget as assigned by management.
- To design and manage the development of the Marketing Activities such as Visual Merchandising Guidelines, In-Store Marketing Materials, Product knowledge, Training Guidelines and Tools.
- To manage the Business Intelligence Process by Channel, Customer and Door finalizing a clean and official database and delivering a set of easily readable business performance reports.
Qualification
Qualification
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum 5 years experience in brand management.
- Good command of English, both written and oral.
- Computer knowledge: Excel, power point and word.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills that could build strong people networks across the organizations.
- Mature, self-starter and a team player.
- Business acumen with understanding on brand, product, trade marketing and visual merchandising.
- Training skills.
- Working experience in retail, sales, product or marketing roles for lifestyle consumers goods will be preferred.
- Occasional travel within Indonesia will be required.
