Primary Responsibility
• To assist Industrial Sales Manager in achieving the sales target in their respective area, and to monitorthe sales progress of the product under area of his responsibilities• Regular visit to each area with his responsibilites in industrial market and retail market eg product facing, product availability, merchandizing activity, shelving the products, distribution policy, price structure, product consumption in end customers, acting as marketing intelligence to monitoring what the competitors action• Together with members of team, improving the job performance, increasing the sales performance withachieving the sales target• Prepare a regular report to the superio eg marketing situation and analysis, stock and products availability, and sales achievement• Creating for market development in his area, eg to prospect outlets, potential customers, to end-users,institution, etc• Supervising the sub ordinates : Sales Executive, Merchandiser, Sales Promotion (SPG)Keeping good relationship with the customers, traders and users• Keeping the team in harmony with all members of team, staff of distributors, key persond and decision maker

• Maximum 33 years old• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Supervisor Sales Principle FMCG• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent• Full-Time position(s) available• Have a good negotiation skill, communication skill, excellent service, target oriented, dynamic, independent, honest• Would be placed at Medan
