Primary Responsibility
To supervise, coordinate and deliver services to assigned customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and top service quality in line with internal & external SOP & KPI.
To supervise the team Customer Service in operational function of Ocean Freight Export with a hands-on approach, and achieve departmental efficiency in regards to quality and productivity.
To monitor and/or execute ALL day-to-day coordination of customer orders, internal or external customer system updating, reporting and any other special tasks in an efficient and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction & operational excellence carried out as per agreed customer SOP’s and KPI.

Qualification
Minimum D3 Degree in Transportation Management / Business Administration / Any major
+4 years of professional experience in similar role and responsibility
Experience in Multi National Company is preferable
Ability to direct and lead a medium sized team
Strong cross-functional Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics (Ocean Freight products)
Overall understanding of business processes and interdependencies
Analysis and problem solving and implement corrective measures as required
Attention to detail & quality.
Initiative and commitment to achieve.
Intermediate computer literacy: good PC skills, MS Office Outlook/Word/Excel
Good command English and Bahasa Indonesia.
