• Build strategy, control, and evaluate massive recruitment and professional hire to achieve employee completion based on competency, qualification, & timing• Continuously improve effectiveness of selection method• Resposible to manpower Planning and Panarub Group recruitment

• Candidate must possess a Master Degree in Psychology• Experience at least 5 years in related field at same position (manufacturing shoes/apparel/garment field) is mandatory required for this position• Excellence skill in Psychological interpretation• Handling Assessment Center and Competency Model development would be an advantages• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate• Having good logic & strong analytical ability• Good interpersonal, communication & leadership skill• Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced• Certified as an Assessor will be an advantage• Willing to travel
