Primary Responsibility
Sales Admin: • Process customers' orders (Sales Contract/SO and Order Review)• Make sure all terms and conditions on Sales contract are correct• Ensure the completeness and accurateness all sales documents• Coordinate with CS, PPIC, Logistics, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery to customers• Proactively contacting costumers to collect orders, payments, and help handling complain or obtaining other sales information Warehouse: • All administration on receipt of the goods from the factory or from customer returns and all administrative expenditures from the warehouse to the customer or the return of the goods to the factory.• The accuracy of the physical quantity of goods (either in a state of good and damaged / disabled) in the warehouse with the number recorded in the computer.• Implementation of the daily cycle counting for the movement of the stock can be monitored. When you find a difference between the physical computers records of the results of the cycle count should be immediately traced the cause of the excess and reported to the Head of DC.• Determination of the delivery of goods to customers effective so as to optimize the delivery to meet customer satisfaction (On Time Delivery).

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably from building material and plastic industry, and have experience handling Warehouse• Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills• Will be located in Gedebage, Bandung
