Primary Responsibility
• Work with Human Resource Director to develop and align the implementation human resource strategy• Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices• Act as the Advisor and act as first point of contact to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business• Develop, plan, and deliver L&D Programs which includes competencies finding, mapping, gap analysis, TNA, L&D deliveries, evaluation, administration and documentation• Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program – Policy, Procedure and Process

• 30-40 years old, preferably who can speak Mandarin• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry• Possess strong overall human resource management knowledge in order to be able to align human resources strategy developed at the corporate level to the human resources programs and policies at the plant sites• Possess a strong negotiation skill to be able to solve conflict both with the employee and external such as labor union to ensure the performance of the organization• Able to identify, assess and manage organizational operation needs and understand its implications and concerns• Willing to be placed in Bitung
