Primary Responsibility
• Reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email• Answering calls and handling queries• Preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf• Handling Kitchen, Logistic, Marketing, and Operation• Making S.O.P• Meeting coordination• Booking meetings• Schedule meeting• Checking document before approval to Director• Preparing presentations• Preparing for meetings (agenda and notulen)• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems• Handling personal purposes• Organize and coordinate meeting

Qualification
• Age maximum 35 years old• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in secretarial major who are interested in Secretary / administration / other related major• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Excellent in Ms. Office• Having good communication and analytical thinking• Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent• Having atractive personality, multitasking and able to work• Ready to work under pressure and flexible timing
