Primary Responsibility
• Takes proactive approach on trends and systemic issues and solutions regarding recruitment, training, employee relations issues, employment strategies, compensation analysis, and retention consultation.• Communicates HR initiatives/programs, Serves and contributes to development of strategy and implementation plans.

• Male/Female, age max. 40 years old• At least 5 years experience in HR generalist function• Strong organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills• Strong critical thinking skills; sound reasoning based on standard human resources principles and practices.• Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidential information.• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Being careful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and keep on working with numbers.• Familiar human resource information system• Proactive, outgoing and open personalities• Good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
