Primary Responsibility
- Propose and implement an effective HR programs, including performance management, compensation and benefits management, career management system and competency profile management.- Formulates, implement & develop HR policies & procedure.- Maintain and update job management activities, including job description, job analysis, and job evaluation.- Reviewing organization structure.- Prepare and provide accurate regular reports on HR related activities on a timely basis.- Coordinates with other Departments in planning & implementing HR programs, policies & procedure- Supervise, develop & support to his/her staff
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, S2 degree is an advantage- Minimum 3 years experienced in the same position- Hands on experienced as HR. especially in job analysis, career management, performance management, and compensation & benefit management- Good communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with people at all levels- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Power point, Project)- Good communication in English
