Primary Responsibility
• Initiate and develop new Sales Proposition in collaboration with Product Development and Distribution team for existing or new products• Cooperate with Channel & Marketing team to develop product related sales tools such as sales presenting materials, recruitment and training slides, marketing collateral ,…etc• Capture, submit and follow-up with regional for approval for all relevant collateral's• Coordinate the product launch with Marketing and Distribution channel• If necessary provide internal and external product training, Q&A materials and training, and appropriate inputs into any consumer communications in relation to the initiative above• Keeping abreast on competitors latest product initiative in the market and actively network and collect such product intelligence• Track and provide weekly update to supervisors on the progress and escalation of issues• Lead or play a supporting role in driving strategic company projects

Qualification
• Minimum Bachelor degree with minimum 5 year experience in Product Marketing, preferably from Insurance Industry• Has Insurance product and distribution knowledge• Possesses Marketing knowledge• Leadership and people management capability Good relationship skills• Project management skills• Able and willing to provide coaching and development for team members• Analytical skills to understand data, customer analytics, financial results and reports• Strong presentation skills• Effective communicator (oral and written) and negotiator
